Family Counseling
I am so privileged and happy to say that I get the opportunity to help families and individuals feel, act and be better in their daily lives. I am currently working in Dublin and San Ramon at my private practice and have been in practice for over 16 years now. I treat many corporate and government individuals and specialize in adolescents and their families.
Therapy is a personal journey that is essential to those that have been traumatized or who suffer on a daily basis from depression, anxiety or a learning disability. I believe that everyone has the potential to change in their own personal way and my job is to help you, your son or daughter figure that out.
I’m a therapist who’s natural ability is to be professional, create a safe environment, and accept my clients for who they are. Almost all of my referrals come from previous clients, friends or colleagues. My approach is calm and supportive, but real. I have been told by many that my presence in the room, is down to earth. This has helped many of my clients from the very beginning because of their own anxiety or trepidation in admitting that they need help. I take a lot of pride in helping people feel and behave better in life.
Services
I provide a typical 50 minute session during the week but do not work weekends unless there is a crisis. I accept two insurance companies Beacon Value Options as well as Claremont EAP. Many client also use their insurance with their PPO insurance benefit and receive a superbill at the end of each month for reimbursement.
